SIPA will point the spotlight at its Pellet to Pallet expertise during Drinktec 2017. SIPA will exhibit in Hall A5, Booth 303

SIPA will premiere new platforms as the outcome of continuing efforts to bring cutting-edge technology to PET packaging customers around the world.

THE FUTURE IS ECHO
Connected, smart, lean: this is the idea of future for SIPA. A future that will be the leading role in 2017 at Drinktec. SIPA has created a new digital ecosystem to connect people, companies and resources in an interactive environment where amazing amounts of information can be created, sorted, sifted, and shared. It’s called ECHO. ECHO lets everybody participate in an intensive co-creation of value by sharing knowledge and competence. In this new hyper-connected world, customers can be suppliers and observers too, all at the same time. In ECHO, information is transparent, accessible and usable. It will save everybody time, resources, and money.

XTRA, AN UNPRECEDENTED REALITY
XTRA is SIPA’s new rotary blow moulding machine designed to combine last technological evolution with production revolution. This platform is designed to achieve maximum performance with the lowest possible energy consumption at the best possible speed on the market. Xtra is, in fact, the first blow moulder of its class to work with the highest bhc in the industry, with the largest process angle and the best TCO in combination with a simple and innovative user experience.

XTREME RENEW, A DISRUPTIVE REALITY
EREMA and SIPA will present their breakthrough idea of converting washed post-consumer bottles flakes into food contact compliant 100% rPET preforms in just one single step, without the detour via pellet production.
The innovative VACUREMA® Inline Preform and XTREME system make it possible. You will be introduced to the operational principle of this innovative approach, as well as facts and figures from the testing phase. This development is a demonstration of SIPA’s determination to innovate in an environmentally conscious way.

XTREME SINCRO, THE PRODUCTION PLANT OF THE FUTURE
The XTREME Sincro brings together in a single machine SIPA’s ground-breaking preform compression molding system with XTRA stretch-blow molding unit. It combines the flexibility of two-stage systems with the convenience of single-stage system, going ahead to create the ideal production plant: compact, flexible and easy to operate. XTREME Sincro reduces energy consumption, keeps material highest quality and produces bottles with extraordinary performance, but which are lighter than anything available on the market thus reducing the amount of PET used.

XFORM 350 GEN3, THE LATEST EVOLUTION
The new XFORM 350 now sits alongside its well-established bigger brother, the XFORM 500. The machines features a smaller clamp unit (clamp force is 3500 kN), has extremely low cost of maintenance, it accepts all legacy molds, as well as legacy end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). The toggles on the XFORM 350 are powered by servo-electric motors. This makes it fast as well as highly energy-efficient. Lock-to-lock time is below 2.4 seconds. All models of the XFORM now also make use of SIPA’s new XFlow screw design for increased throughput and wider process window.

FLEXTRONIC S: THE VOLUMETRIC GRAVITY ELECTRONIC FILLER
SIPA Flextronic range is the modular range of electronic and volumetric filling monoblocks, a newly innovative and flexible platform that elevates Sipa's technological standards to the highest levels available today on the market.
At the fair will be exhibited the Flextronic S configuration: a volumetric gravity electronic filler for PET bottles, equipped with a non-contact filling valve, which is extremely simple, clean and fast with a membrane valve that manages double fill rate. It is ideal for water, milk, homogenized juices and clear products.
The machine is also equipped with an ISO 7 microbiological insulator, with automatic COP environment cleaning, with HEPA filters for the treatment of sensitive products under maximum hygiene conditions.

ECS SP, COMPACT & FLEXIBLE
Our single-stage systems model ECS SP 80, together with the smaller ECS SP 50, are both designed for production of containers in small lots. Their features enable quick change-overs between different shapes configurations. They are also characterized by their compact lay-outs and high energy efficiency. The machines are ideal for companies who want to differentiate themselves with different designs, while still achieving reasonably high output rates.
