In your capacity as an interested party, as the subject to whom the personal data you provided (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) relate, the undersigned company SIPA S.p.A., with registered office in Vittorio Veneto (TV), via Caduti del Lavoro n. 3 (hereinafter “SIPA” or the “Company”), wishes to inform you of the following.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO YOU THAT CAN BE COLLECTED

The data collected generally refer to the information provided in the Curriculum Vitae. In addition, information could also be collected by checking your references as a member of any institution, your academic background, work history and other relevant information in order to determine your eligibility as a candidate. In addition to this, they may also include information collected from your profile on professional networks, photos, notes taken during interviews, and comments from other subjects such as your referents, which may be made during the selection process. The data may be updated on the basis of the information available and / or collected from third parties, and / or directly from you. In addition, the Company reserves the right to make appropriate verifications of the data, in particular on the qualifications obtained, previous work experience, employment or professional positions, also contacting the subjects indicated by you as referents, as well as your previous employers and any other subject you might have dealt with in your working activity. The data that will be acquired will not concern personal convictions, union or political affiliation as well as political, religious or union opinions, sexual orientation, marital status, family or pregnancy, disability, race, ethnic origin, color, national origin, language group, state of health, any disputes with previous employers (hereafter referred to as “Special categories of data”), as well as facts that are not relevant to the assessment of your professional skills, unless they are characteristics that affect your working performance or which constitute an essential and determining requirement for the performance of your work.

PURPOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA CAN BE USED FOR

The collection and processing of your data are necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and carried out for purposes related or instrumental to the Company staff recruitment. Processing Assumption: the provision of data, including the special categories of data within the limits indicated above, in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, must be considered mandatory to enable the Company to know and assess candidates during the staff recruitment process as well as to meet legal obligations, rules and regulations. Failure to provide such Data may result in the inability to carry out the staff recruitment process and the inability to establish the employment relationship.
The Company also informs you that it may process the data relating to your photo, for publication on the website www.sipa.it or on the corporate LinkedIn page or in Youtube, G +, brochures and booklets also intended for distribution outside the Company, as well as for the creation of video footage during events and / or campaigns to promote the Company's activities, such as fairs or career days. Processing assumption: consent. This processing can only take place following the acquisition by the Company of your free and explicit consent, expressed in writing at the bottom of this disclosure. You have the right to deny such consent and / or revoke it at any time.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SECURE AND FOR HOW LONG THEY ARE STORED

The company stores your Data only for the time necessary for the purposes for which such data have been collected or for any other legitimate related purpose. Your personal data that are no longer needed, or for which there is no longer a legal requirement to their retention, will be irreversibly anonymised or securely destroyed. For the purposes of staff recruitment, in particular, your data will be stored in the company databases for a period of time not exceeding 24 months from the date of acquisition by the Company. After this deadline, the Data will be deleted or anonymised.

PARTIES YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE SHARED WITH

Your personal data may be accessed by duly authorised employees from Human Resources, as well as appointed external suppliers, where necessary, data processors providing support in the supply of the services. If you apply for an open professional position with another company of the SIPA Group, your personal data may be shared with this company. Some companies of the SIPA Group may be based outside the European Union. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS AND RIGHT TO MAKE CLAIMS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You have the right to ask SIPA: (a) to access to your Data, their correction or deletion; (b) integration of incomplete Data; (c) limitation of processing; (d) to receive your data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device (portability); (e) the revocation of any consent given regarding the processing of your photos at any time; (f) to oppose in whole or in part to the use of the Data for legitimate reasons.
