New 24/7 Help Desk and Ticketing Service, available day and night, seven days a week wherever you are in the world.
The new service for SIPA customers includes a multilingual, telephone Support Line and a dedicated e-mail address where customers can send their requests for technical support.
Each request to the service will be assigned a Job Ticket. Customers will receive e-mails confirming the opening and closing of the ticket for their support requests.
The service aims to guide customers through the troubleshooting of their problems without wasting any time. The service will help you to identify and document the possible causes and extent of a fault and then decide the technician with the skills needed to solve the problem.
