SIPA packaging design & Sincro Bloc: A winning combination for BEYSU Water

In the fiercely competitive world of beverages, getting things done efficiently, keeping everything super clean, and making your product stand out are all huge keys to success. SIPA, a top dog in PET packaging solutions, totally gets these challenges. They're always coming up with cool, new tech to help producers hit their targets. You can see this clearly with their recent setup at the BEYSU natural spring water bottling plant in Konya, Turkey, where they installed SIPA Sincro Bloc systems and some seriously advanced blow molding machines.

BEYSU: A Commitment to Quality and Innovation

Run by KONYA SUKI ENERJİ YATIRIM SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş., the BEYSU plant is a real testament to the company's dedication to giving consumers super high-quality natural spring water. They bottle it right at the source in the Doğanbey district of Beyşehir, and BEYSU was really looking to crank up their production line, focusing on making it more efficient, hygienic, and sustainable. So, to make that happen, they teamed up with SIPA to put together a complete solution that was perfect for their specific needs.

SIPA's Collaborative Approach to Packaging Development

SIPA really worked hand-in-hand with BEYSU to whip up a bunch of new bottle designs. The goal was to meet what the market wanted while using less material and making sure the bottles performed great. They focused on lightweighting, where SIPA's knack for designing lighter bottles helped BEYSU create ones that used less material, which is better for the environment, but without making them flimsy or less attractive. Then, they helped BEYSU offer a wider variety of sizes, working together to develop all sorts of bottle formats, including 250ml, 330ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 1500ml, and even 5L. This way, they could cater to all sorts of consumer tastes and different parts of the market. And of course, they made sure the performance was top-notch, using SIPA's fancy design tools and simulations to guarantee that these new bottles met all of BEYSU's requirements, covering things like how strong they are when stacked, how well they hold carbonation, and just overall durability.

Sincro Bloc: The Heart of Efficient and Hygienic Production

At the core of BEYSU's new production setup are two Sincro Bloc systems. These smart systems combine blowing the bottles, filling them up, and capping them all into one single unit, which offers some pretty big perks. It's way more efficient because bringing these processes together cuts out unnecessary steps and reduces how much bottles need to be moved around, leading to faster production and lower labor costs. It's also super hygienic as the Sincro Bloc's design cleverly separates the dry area where preforms and bottles are blown from the wet area where they're filled. This really minimizes any risk of contamination, making sure the product is safe and sound. BEYSU actually put in both the Sincro Bloc R (rotary) and Sincro Bloc L (linear) configurations to handle their various bottle sizes and production demands.

Sincro Bloc R: High-Speed Production for Several Bottle Formats

BEYSU's Sincro Bloc R line features the XTRA 16 rotary blow molding machine, which works in perfect sync with a filler that has 60 electronic filling valves and 20 capping valves. This setup allows for seriously high-speed production across a range of bottle sizes. For 250ml, 330ml, and 500ml bottles, they can churn out a whopping 40,800 bottles per hour. When it comes to 1000ml bottles, they're producing 34,000 bottles every hour, and for the 1500ml bottles, it's a solid 31,000 bottles per hour.

Sincro Bloc L: Efficient Handling of Large-Size Bottles

For their bigger 5L bottles, BEYSU uses the Sincro Bloc L system. This one includes the SFL BIG6 linear blow molding machine, which is synchronized with a filler sporting 16 electronic filling valves and 6 capping valves. With this configuration, they can hit a production speed of 6,600 bottles per hour for that 5L size.

XTRA Rotary Blow Molding Machine: Performance and Efficiency

The XTRA rotary blow molding machine, which is part of the Sincro Bloc R system, brings a lot to the table. It has a high output, as you can see from those impressive production speeds for all those different bottle sizes. It's also really energy-efficient since its advanced tech means it uses energy optimally, which leads to lower running costs and is better for the planet. And it's super user-friendly, designed to be easy to operate and maintain, simplifying things for BEYSU's team.

SFL 6 Performance Linear Blow Molding Machine: Flexibility and Precision

The SFL BIG 6 linear blow molding machine, integrated into the Sincro Bloc L system, offers some great advantages too. It's incredibly versatile since it can produce a wide range of bottle sizes, including those big 5L ones, all with precision and efficiency. It has a compact footprint as its linear design means it doesn't take up a ton of space in BEYSU's production facility. And it delivers reliable performance, consistently turning out high-quality bottles for BEYSU's products.

A Successful Partnership

The partnership between SIPA and BEYSU is a fantastic example of how smart technology and expert support can truly help beverage producers achieve their goals. By bringing together SINCROBLOC systems with advanced blow molding machines, BEYSU has created a super efficient, hygienic, and flexible production line that not only meets their current needs but also sets them up nicely for future growth.
