Health drinks leader Doğanay Gida finds SIPA fit for purpose

Doğanay Gida, an innovative producer of health drinks in Adana, Turkey, recently added to its park of SIPA stretch-blow molding machines with a next-generation XTRA10 rotary system. It has been a faithful SIPA customer since 2007, when it acquired a linear SFL6/6. Two years later, it took its first rotary machine, a SFR and in 2011, SIPA installed a third system, an SFR 8. The XTRA10 was added soon after it was launched, in 2018.

Today, Doğanay Gida produces and fills close to 60,000 bottles every hour, in sizes ranging from 250mL up to five liters.

“When we were making the choice for our first bottle blowing system, we could see that SIPA was already really well-known with a proven reputation in the market,” says Gökhan Gök, General Manager at Doğanay Gida. “But we chose SIPA not only for the quality of its machines, but also for its service and quick response with well-trained technical personnel for any customer problems.” The SIPA bottle blowing systems are also helping Doğanay Gida with its energy bills, thanks to their low consumption of electricity and overall high efficiency.

Doğanay Gida first came to fame with its fermented black carrot juice, called simply Doğanay. It now also makes a range of natural fruit drinks, branded Lita, while condiments and sauces are sold under the Nare and Bütün banners. It exports 35% of its production to more than 30 countries all over the world.
