To enhance production and reduce environmental impact, CC Bottlers Nepal recently invested in a cutting-edge filling line from SIPA. This advanced technology marks a significant milestone for the company and the beverage industry in Nepal.

Our Balaju plant, established in 1979, continues to refresh the nation with Coca-Cola beverages, supported by ongoing investments in our production lines.”
The new filling line made the bottling process more efficient with advanced automation, handling various bottle sizes and formats to meet diverse consumer preferences. It also emphasizes sustainability, featuring energy-efficient components that minimize resource consumption and waste.
Key equipment includes a Sincro Bloc with an XTRA 8 rotary stretch-blow molding unit, Flextronic C 54-9 volumetric filler, Massblend 27 blending and carbonation unit, Rollmatic 15 T labeller, Genius PTF palletizer, and SPF/E stretch wrapper. These systems ensure efficiency, reliability, and quality in production.
