Training

To guarantee maximum production efficiency, keeping the plant in tip-top condition is not the only condition. It is also necessary that staff running the machines be properly trained and skilled.
Suitable training for the staff using our systems ensures they will be operated properly and will maintain the level of performance stipulated in the contract.
Advanced technology and multimedia training tools, combined with new concept teaching methods, are the fundamental elements used by SIPA Customer Service to guarantee proper training for machine operators and maintenance technicians.
The training courses offerred, which are specific for each type of machine, are designed for four levels of experience, and can be customised to suit the client's requirements. Their aim is to make the operator efficient and capable of working in safety, guaranteeing productivity as well as the standards of quality required, and therefore customer satisfaction.
All the trainers are educated at SIPA's head office, which provides a high level of know-how and an all-round, universal preparation. Once their education or re-training at the parent company has been completed, our experienced trainers return to their local office and are available to our customers for customised courses on the customer's own premises, in the local language and without the need for interpreters.

Re-training and specialisation courses are continually being organised at our head office, and the schedule of planned courses can be consulted upon request.
