The “Life Cycle Service” team offers a flexible and customisable service that considers every customer as an individual who must be provided with all the advantages of years of experience and research.
The Technological Upgrades comprise technical improvements to existing machines or lines. the feasibility of which is assessed following an on-site visit by a team of experts. They are the right option when the systems installed require an increase in productivity, greater reliability, an increase in the speed with which certain operations are performed, a reduction in manufacturing costs, improvements in the end product or in the working environment around the machine itself.
All possible interventions are identified by a code to simplify communication between the customer and SIPA. Furthermore, the time required and the number of staff needed to complete the operation is indicated, a clear, simple and universal means of spreading the experience of SIPA's Customer Service throughout the world.
