The coronavirus and Covid-19, latest SIPA updates. Sales and service including spare parts still available without restrictions

Dear partners,

In the light of the new government guidance issued yesterday with the aim of fighting the spread of the coronavirus and the Covid-19 disease it causes, we would like to inform you that SIPA has closed its production operations until April 3rd, 2020.

However, our SIPA sales, procurement, engineering and after sales service divisions are fully operational without restrictions, in smart working. As far as delivery of spare parts is concerned, we remain in a position to serve our customers, bearing in mind that there may well be temporary restrictions due to the intensification of controls for the clearance of goods in individual countries and to logistical delays that are not easy to predict. Using its ongoing partnerships with major logistics companies, SIPA is fully active in minimizing any bottlenecks that may arise.

All our local sales and service teams remain available to ensure the best support possible for our customers while remote support from SIPA headquarters is always guaranteed. We have enhanced the services of tele-assistance and remote technical support to solve complex situations when it is not possible to send our specialists.

The usual sales and service contact channels are at your disposal for any further information you might need.

SIPA intends to provide the best possible service and support for all our customers and business partners, in this difficult situation, wherever they are. Please be assured that we are doing our utmost to ensure the success of your business.
We wish you the very best.
